I cannot recommend Carefree, and specifically Haley, enough. Moving into a new house that needs work is so stressful but this was the easiest project we’ve done so far. She is professional, knowledgeable, timely and just a pleasure to work with. She helped me narrow down carpet choices, had samples sent immediately and then talked through the choices with me. The finished product is amazing and we get so many compliments!

We had such a good experience with Carefree Carpets. Robert and Cyrenne were wonderful to work with, and it was easy to get samples and an estimate. I was very eager to get new carpet installed, and we had it all done super quickly. We are over the moon with the final product--the installers did a great job, and it looks fantastic and feels so plush. It is such a nice home upgrade, in both look and feel. We will definitely go with Carefree Carpets again when it's time for another floor upgrade.

Heather and Cyrenne are fantastic! My clients went under contract on a home and they loved the flooring so much they wanted to extend it into the bedrooms. We reached out to Carefree Carpets, and they took over from there. They reached out to the distributor to see how much inventory was available, as the specific flooring had been discontinued. When it turned out there was no longer inventory available sufficient to complete the job, Cyrenne was able to quickly help our clients identify a similar option they also loved! Carefree Carpets did a great job for us and I highly recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area in the market for flooring.

Gloria came to my home with samples and let me pick what I thought I wanted. She then ordered me samples. I loved the carpet I picked but not the laminate. I went on their website took pictures on my phone and then looked at different colors in my rooms. She ordered me another sample and I loved it. The products were ordered and installed quickly. Very friendly and professional installation. They were one door transition short, which they quickly took care of. My home is all finished and looks great! I would highly recommend Carefree Carpets for any of your flooring needs.

Very recently we had laminate put in our new home. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Presently , we are living out of town and much communication was done through email and text with Gloria. She was very accommodating and put our minds at ease that this would go smoothly. She arranged for a quick install the day after Thanksgiving since we would be in town and could see the actual installation before leaving again. I highly recommend Gloria and Carefree Carpet.
